Gary Lupinacci joined WFS in April 2014 after a long career in both the private and the public sector with TSA. His current responsibilities at WFS are oversight of security, government relations for the cargo, passenger, ramp & mail operations. In 2008 he joined the Department of Homeland Security-TSA where he played an integral part in rolling out the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP) program as it relates to the Independent Cargo Screening Facility component and vertical industries. His last position was with the Office of Security Policy and Industry Engagement with primary focus on developing policy & communicating TSA programs to industry.Before joining Worldwide Flight Services, Lupinacci spent seven years with British Airways holding a number of management positions including as Cargo Manager for the JFK operation and before this he spent 23 years with Japan Airlines with positions that encompassed both ramp and cargo operations.
